Directions For Use

1. Remove strip from backing with clean, dry hands.
2. Press strips onto upper and lower teeth. Fold any excess behind your teeth. Leave on for 30 minutes.
3. Remove strips and rinse away any remaining gel. Then smile!

For longer-lasting results, use twice daily for two to three weeks. Avoid eating or drinking while strips are on.
