1. Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto your ZenyumSonic Toothbrush
2. Press the “on” button to switch to your preferred mode
3. Move the brush head slowly & gently around your teeth
4. Change sides every 30 seconds with each sound alert
5. Once 2 mins of brushing is up, rinse clean with water!
