1. Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto your ZenyumSonic Toothbrush.
2. Press the power button once to turn the toothbrush on or off.
3. To switch modes, press the power button repeatedly to cycle through the five brushing modes.
4. Move the brush head slowly & gently around your teeth.
5. Change sides every 30 seconds with each sound alert
6. Once 2 mins (3 mins for Deep Clean mode) of brushing is up, rinse clean with water!

1. Remove strip from backing with clean, dry hands.
2. Press strips onto upper and lower teeth. Fold any excess behind your teeth. Leave on for 30 minutes.
3. Remove strips and rinse away any remaining gel.

For longer-lasting results, use twice daily for two to three weeks. Avoid eating or drinking while strips are on.
